I received my picture package, but my class/group picture was missing.
If it is a composite (the term "deferred" is printed on the package information sheet,) often they do not ship until a later date. These are individual student pictures printed together on one sheet which are proofed to the school for subject and name spelling accuracy before produced by Herff Jones.

When we receive the absentees, we send a proof to the school to be checked closely to insure that all students are identified properly and are included in the right classroom. When the proof is returned, the class photos can be made and shipped to the school. This entire process may take several weeks after you receive your package of portraits.

We ordered multiple packages - can they be delivered separately?
We understand that some families would like to order multiple packages for parents and relatives. With Herff Jones, each package will be delivered in a separate package envelope with a customized insert indicating who the package is for.
